We don’t usually think about the themes of the operating system installed on our computers. Most of the time, we find a good one, and we stick to it. However, both Windows 10 and the latest iteration of macOS have two appearance modes, or two GUI modes if you will: Dark and Light.
Switching between them can make have a small or a rather big difference on how you get work done on your computer. For instance, dark mode is supposed to improve readability of text, provides better contrast, and should in theory reduce your eye strain, making it very good for the nighttime. Conversely, Light Mode, with its less dramatic look and feel is particularly useful for working in well-lit environments.
Darker or lighter? Choose with a simple mouse click
If you have the (healthy) habit of switching between them, then you might be interested in checking out a small app called darker. It’s a Windows-only utility that allows you to switch your system’s theme from Dark to Light and vice versa with a single mouse click directly from the tray.
Simply put, it saves you the trouble of going into Settings, finding the system theme section, and actually having to select it from there. It’s a very straightforward app, with a minimalist menu section, and there’s really not much to be said about it. You just click its tray icon to activate a mode, and click it once more to active the other mode, that’s all.
Final words and requirements
Before we conclude, it’s worth noting that the app only works on computers running Windows 10 version 1903 or higher (partially, it’s because there is not Light theme present before 1903). Last but not least, the app requires .NET Core Desktop Runtime which can be downloaded and installed from Microsoft’s website in mere seconds.
To conclude, darker is a hum-drum little app that does its job well. It’s easy to install, and practically effortless to use, and it should come in handy to users who often find themselves having to switch their OS theme from Light to Dark and vice versa.

Darker 0.9.6.0 Crack Full Product Key

This lightweight Windows utility is a no-fuss solution for easily switching between Windows 10 Light and Dark themes. Read

After a whole year of migrating their mobile development efforts to Golang, the Cloudflare team has finally released a (free) desktop app to make their lives easier (or, at least, less painful). If you are planning to build a mobile application, you would need something like Appcelerator Titanium to build your mobile apps, and it usually takes some considerable amount of time and effort to work with it.
However, that’s not all. You need to take care of testing, publishing it to the respective app stores, and securing it with sensitive data. If you are not ready to work with all of this, then you might want to go with either Firebase or Google App Engine, or even try an open-source platform like AppJet. All of those will require a competent app developer in terms of learning new technologies, or have some pre-built ready apps for you to just download and play with.
However, not everyone is a skilled, well-versed app developer. Most of us just need something to quickly create a quick prototype or a single-page-app for mobile. If that’s what you are looking for, then GoCD is probably a good choice to get started with.
Features of GoCD
GoCD is a continuous integration and deployment tool. It will take care of whatever build-related tasks (and some other ones to be discussed later) for you.
If you have any background in code, you might have noticed that it mostly relies on Gopkg for its code management, and GoCD is no different. The GUI is also quite similar to GitHub, if you have used any of them before. Apart from that, GoCD is not as feature-rich as other similar tools, but it might be enough for your needs.
GoCD is built on top of many different technologies: Docker, Concourse, Git, TravisCI, Codeclimate, CircleCI, and… Golang. That means you can expect your build and deployment to run on Linux, Windows, and OS X. And because you are using Golang for your application, not only it will work on your local development machine but it will work on any server you wish to deploy it to.
As with many such tools, GoCD provides you with a graphical interface to design your workflow. It will ask you to fill in some basic information about your project

Hey PixelMonkeys!
After getting Dark It down a bit under Windows 10 19H1 yesterday
(FELTGOOD’S DARKNESS WAS RIPE), I’ve finally got a way to use the
theme in the ARM build! And as this “build” is for the
Windows 10 19H1 BETA, you might need to configure it by hand.
– Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)
– Install in “x86” folder, NOT the x64 folder
– Run as Administrator
– Right-click on the file name, choose “Properties” and under
“Compatibility” change the value from “Windows 7” to
“Windows 10”
– Click on “Change”, choose “Ok” and confirm the “Restart” button
– Run the app, click the tray icon and see it change automatically
Thanks to everyone who helped out!
P.S. To get the Dark It launcher back from the taskbar, just right
click it, go to Properties and under “Show icon in tray” change the
value to “No”.

Getting Started –

To get started, you will need to have a copy of Windows 10, or a valid Windows 10 product key for you to use this. If you are not using Windows 10 on your computer, this app may not be able to function properly. If you are on Windows 10, you will see a menu that will let you select whether to activate the Dark Theme or the Light Theme, or both. If you select the Dark Theme and Light Theme together, both of them will be enabled.

Notifications –

To use the Dark Theme, you will need to activate the option to show Notifications in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. To do this, go to the upper right corner of the screen, and click the three dots. Choose Settings, Notifications & Action Center, and then the toggle which says, “Show desktop notifications in the taskbar.” The next time you wake your computer, the notifications will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. To use the Light Theme, do the exact opposite.

You can also adjust how far to the right or left side the notification list is located. This is done by opening Settings, Notifications & Action Center again, and in the General section, choosing, “Change where Action Center notifications are displayed.” The three options are: Always, Never and Occasionally.

You can also make the notification list be transparent.

In the Advanced section of Settings, there are a number of options that you may find useful. These include a choice to only show notifications from installed applications, notifications from any source, and notifications from the OS. You can also specify the number of notifications that show up at a time.

Selecting any of these options will make the notification list disappear.

To exit Settings, select the “Exit” icon, or if your system is not already activated, click the “Exit” icon in the upper right corner of the screen and then select “Exit” on the bottom left.

Now, to go

That’s not true. In 10, the classic theme is saved in C:\windows\Thumbnails\Random which you can drag over to your desktop folder. Then you can run a.reg file (instructions) to import the theme into the system settings.

I’m having a hard time using Windows 10 with Dark theme – and my eyes and head begin to hurt after 2-3 minutes of work. I can’t work for
