  You can create 4 table where one child table having parent id if it is parent table not having id. The child table having 4 columns :

  But in my opinion you should create separate table for post category ie you should have a category table.

  So at the start you get a Traveler. You get a Wolf Chain Mail with a sword that weak and a Staff that is pretty weak.
