What should I do when my landlord is difficult to deal with?

I rent a small room in a multi-family unit in a student area of Toronto. The area is expensive, so most of the students are international students. The place where I live is near downtown, but the closest subway is still more than 30 minutes. The landlord is a student. He didn’t speak English well and had a “bad” relationship with the previous tenant who left the apartment with a lot of stuff and didn’t pay the rent for the 3 months. The landlord has been trying to fix the place since the day I moved in. I need to have the place clean and in order, and I have to keep everything under control at all times, but he is completely uncooperative.

How do you attach a LED to a PCB track?

I’m building a module that has a 4mm hole in a board that contains a PCB track, on the side of the PCB that attaches to the module will be a LED that will need to be soldered onto the PCB track.
The track is a little larger than the 4mm hole, but I can’t solder the LEDs to the PCB track, how do I fix this?

First:
If you can’t solder, it means you have a problem in your soldering iron, first test it.
Second:
The track is probably aluminium with a soldered wire. You can solder up the wire to the track, then solder the LED to the wire.
Third:
If the track is made of copper, you can just solder the LED to the track.

You can do whatever you want in your mind. You are free to decide that you can solder and that you can’t.
