beware of the horde is a fast paced action RPG and side scrolling platformer. The game is about 2 heroes, young Horatio and his companion Twinny who tries to make her way through the wilds of the drange. The world has been split in two by a great war where the remaining living creatures are in constant struggle for domination. Unfortunately, that also affects humans and the game begins when Horatio decided to go on a dangerous search through the lands of the horde with the sole purpose to find his friend, and make it back to his own side.

For the first time in the history of Nethack the crew at Nethack Seeks Wisdom has upgraded the mod to a full fledged engine. See what we’ve done so far.

Steam Workshop
With the latest updates we’ve added to the workshop a real handy feature where you can invite your friends and invite them to join a custom world you’ve made. Once they’ve accepted the invite they get the world automatically and can set their home, spawn points and other game related settings. Furthermore, if a friend is offline or playing on a device he isn’t registered on, he gets a mail with the invite and can accept it.
