The term maintenance refers to updates, security patches, and the like. The online license for one-year is also good for up to five users. The five-year license is good for unlimited users.

How AutoCAD R2014 Works
At the beginning of the user-level installation process, you’ll need to enter a license key. This can be obtained by contacting Autodesk directly or by downloading an activation key at no cost from Autodesk’s support page. You can also download the latest version from the Autodesk website.
As soon as you activate AutoCAD through the activation process, you’ll be able to access your preferences.
Once you’ve created your first project or open your first file in AutoCAD, you’ll see a splash screen with AutoCAD logos and a message to welcome you to AutoCAD.
If you haven’t installed AutoCAD properly, you’ll be asked to select the correct installation method. Autodesk, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Dr. Carl Bass, an MIT-trained mechanical engineer, as a software company specializing in high-end engineering visualization software. Stabilization of the Yeast DKE Protein Containing a Cryo-EM Density Interpreted as an α-Helix.
The eukaryotic DKE protein is essential for correct chromosome segregation during cell division. DKE self-assembles into a two-dimensional hexagonal lattice in vitro. This lattice has been detected by cryo-electron microscopy in two different conformations of the protein. Here we interpret the cryo-EM density of the in vitro hexagonal lattice as an α-helix, and use this information to design a mutant DKE protein that forms a more symmetrical lattice. We describe the impact of the mutations on the stability of DKE and show that the new mutant protein is capable of self-assembling into a two-dimensional crystal. The resulting cryo-EM data show a single conformation of the hexagonal lattice, as expected from an α-helix.Q:
Multiple iAds in a single View Controller
I’m having trouble deciding whether to place several iAds on a single view controller. On a navigation-based project, I can easily add the iAd to a navigation bar, but since I’m using a Tab Bar View Controller, I’m not sure what to do.
I’d like to be able to add several iAds in the Tab Bar’s view. It doesn’t make sense to add several iAds to a single view controller, but I think the problem is that I’m not sure how to configure the iAd’s delegate correctly in a view controller that isn’t embedded in a Navigation Controller. The delegate is needed to set the iAd’s property iAd.delegate = self.
I’d like to have two iAds on the Tab Bar’s View Controller. So far, I’ve created two UIView’s within the controller’s view, and added both iAd’s to those UIViews. The problem is that when I run the app, only
