Designing Layers
Whether you start with a flat background or a complex composition made up of layers, Photoshop makes it easy to add a new layer and apply effects. When you add layers, you can manipulate them independently so that you can create a new layer, or merge, combine, or merge multiple layers into a single layer.
The following sections give you a crash course in layers and layers’ power.
Creating a new layer
When you create a new layer, you place it on top of a background, as illustrated in Figure 3-1. The background is simply the canvas on which you create your image — as long as you choose a plain, empty, transparent background.
The layer in the New Layer dialog box is what you use to move, resize, and otherwise manipulate your graphics. With a layer, you can make changes or manipulate your image in a way that is independent of other layers, without destroying the other layers.
In Figure 3-1, the work area is the same size as the canvas. That’s a good thing because it gives you room to maneuver around, add new layers and save the document. Because I plan to resize the work area to make room for a photo, I’ve created a new layer and placed it on top of the canvas.
Each new layer has its own name. When you’re adding more than one new layer, I usually give them descriptive names. In this example, I named the first layer Background and the second layer Atees. You can change the name of the new layer, as well as any of the layer’s properties, as I explain in the following sections.

Layers: The Power of Multiple Layers
Layers in Photoshop are great because you can apply various effects to images and manipulate them independently. When you create multiple layers, you can apply effects or manipulate a layer without affecting the other layers below it. When you no longer need a layer, you can deselect it and remove it from your image.

I don’t know why I’m getting the error. I’m doing it exactly as the tutorial.
If I remove the comment:

then the photos view is not added and the app exits with this error:

Solution to access dynamically added element
I am trying to get the elements that have added with AJAX after a page is loaded.
I currently have a code that checks if the dom element I want is loaded on the page.
