The result of that manipulation is not very good, though. The colors aren’t perfect, and it’s easy to tell that the image was taken on an iPhone. I therefore can’t do anything about that. I can, however, correct the colors of the house. To do so, I open an image within Lightroom, choose Enhance > Adjust Lighting, and then choose Curves. With Curves, I can set Red, Green, and Blue levels in the image and adjust them to get the colors right.
I can similarly use the Color panel to set the red and green colors in the flower and then use the Curves panel to change the corresponding Blue levels for the Bokeh. Both of these changes are relatively easy to translate to the iPhone. I’m sure that when the capability to make such adjustments becomes more common, the process will be much simpler, especially if you’re using Nikon Camera Control Pro.
There’s another change to notice. In the main screen of Lightroom, as well as in selections, layers, groups, and collections, Photoshop and Camera Raw are now listed, along with Photoshop and Aperture. Users can have as many of each application available as desired. Which means that Lightroom 5 will be available on a lot of Mac and PC systems.
