the latest autocad release (2019) has the issue (windows only) that autocad is still attempting to open a legacy autocad 2002 file. this causes all of the internal blocks to be deleted, and every sheet to be renamed to number 0. this is a pain because i do not have the “scratch” files from a previous version of autocad 2002 to use to create a new file. this program should be closed once autocad 2019 is installed, not 2+ years later.
