We have been working on this since March 2010, as a group of IT enthusiasts, and improving to provide the best experience.
We make sure that, first of all, our product is easy to use. We want you to be able to browse the web using ChromeXP.
Secondly, we make it possible to browse multiple tabs. Downloading multiple videos/images at the same time, for instance.
We’re also working on this. What would be handy would be to, say, download videos from Youtube while chatting with a friend on MSN, or what video to watch next, perhaps.
The vision of ChromeXP is not to replace the common browser, but to complement it.
Stable releases of ChromeXP will be released. The next will be v0.7, which I hope is the first stable release.

ChromeXP Installation:
1.Unzip the ChromeXP zip file and keep it aside.
2.Open Computer and go to C:\Program Files\CrXXXXXXXXX
3.Go to the dir C:\Program Files\CrXXX\Styles\ChromeXP
4.Open ChromeXP.ini and select Norton Uninstall.
5.After Norton Uninstaller finish the uninstalling of Norton, restart your computer.
6.Go to the dir C:\Program Files\CrXXX\Styles\ChromeXP
7.Open the folder ChromeXP.pak.
8.Unpack the ChromeXP.pak file into ChromeXP directory.
9.Right click on the chrome-browser.exe in chromeXP directory and select Properties.
10.Click on the compatibility tab.
11.Select ‘Run chrome.exe in compatibility mode for: Windows XP (Service Pack 3)’
12.Now right click on chrome-browser.exe and select Run As Administrator.

With ChromeXP you have the same look and feel of Google Chrome, you get the shortcuts on your start menu for maximizing, minimizing, closing, and more. It also supports the actual Google Chrome theme, so you can change the font and colors as well. You will never have to go look for the weather forecast, since your right under your start menu, with the first entry in your start menu ready for you, right where you need it to be. ChromeXP’s start menu also supports a live tile for quick access to your favorites, and allows you to tweak which ones you want to see on your start menu.
It does all this without taking up any valuable screen real estate, so you can still see your desktop with all the programs you need on it, and because it uses the titlebar and start menu of Windows XP, it doesn’t turn your system into an awkward hybrid of Windows 7 and Chrome, or vice-versa, so you can switch back and forth between both and never be confused.
