i took my camping gear up the hill to the cabin. youll know about this cabin. it takes up two flat acres on the bank of the mississippi, all the way to cedar rapids, and is owned by my brother, who was my boss when im an editor at the washington post in the eighties. it ha remained his home since he retired.
