I searched but I didn’t found any components for serial port access. My goal is to write something like this in Delphi 10.2:

I have some doubts:
Is it possible?
Is it dangerous in principle?
Is possible to add information about port parameters? For example I would like to set the port parameters to 115200 but the port doesn’t support, or I would like to write or read binary data in this case?

Actually this is a very poor implementation of the SerialPort class from.NET.
Btw, for Turbo Pascal Pascal. I would suggest going for the Native Communications Library (NCL), which is a fully cross-platform solution with code for Delphi, C++Builder, Lazarus and others.
Maybe this code can be of help: SerialPort.pas.
