Laravel / Ajax / jQuery — Getting list of inputs to be used in controller in a foreach loop?

Context:
I’m working on a small app in Laravel 4.2 to help generate a short list of songs for the user to choose from (as part of a larger book-shopping project).
My problem is that I’m unsure how to access the inputs I need in my controller. Here’s what I have so far:
