Q:
Magento 2 – Checkbox field order does not work
I have a checkbox field on my page, and set order name field from XML config file.
But when an input field exist on page with the same order name, and I check on this field. My field uncheck, but in database I still have the checked input field.
How to get this?

in order to disable value set in the magento admin, you need to write a form.php file in your module.
Create a form.php in your module folder, like
