For something with more features, try Timezone Clock for Windows 10.
Part of the problem with new applications are that they don’t offer much in the way of compatibility.
When I say that, I don’t mean in the sense that they don’t work or work well; I mean that they are new and therefore not fully tested.
So, I would say that timezoneclock works very well.
I found that after running the app for a while I got used to it and it became a part of my Windows environment.
I also found that it handles updating it’s settings to reflect timezone changes without requiring a reboot.
I found that I could specify a timezone with the help of a GPS device.
While it does not have all the functionality that some of the “big” applications have, it does what it does and works very well.
