Auto-Enhance implemented the basic enhancement of contrast and brightness in the preceding tools, and it would take care of the rest. The original Photoshop had Smart Sharpen, which sharpened the image using a preset standard profile. However, some users could not overcome the imperfections when sharpening their images in Photoshop. Even though softening images can still improve the images, you can get better results if you adjust the settings based on the image.
If you use Lightroom to organize and preview your images, the company’s 2023 update, which is designed for use on macOS 10.14 and up, enables one-click reading and sorting of images stored in iCloud Drive. In addition to this, in a similar update iOS 12 and macOS 10.15 will also transparently support pairing with Android devices, and working “with Apple File System (APFS,)–while previously requiring OS X El Capitan (10.11.5) or later. Introduced at last year’s WWDC, the File System was first introduced as part of macOS 10.14 Mojave, and was then expanded with iOS 12.
